Robyn has nearly two decades of expertise driving growth, sales, and business development for real estate professionals. She possesses a deep understanding of the relationships and dynamics influencing real estate and is recognized as a leading authority in the industry.


In her role as the founder and lead strategist at Reiss Strategies, Robyn brings a profound understanding of industry nuances and a fresh perspective to crafting winning solutions that distinguish leaders in the industry. Robyn is also a master connector. She works with clients to get their foot in the door with prospects and key media sources to build exposure and help them win critical market share.


Robyn holds multiple leadership roles in the industry. She is an engaged AIPAC member and serves on the Board of Trustees for Luria Academy. Additionally, she plays an active role in CREW New York, contributing to the Programming Committee.

Bristol is a seasoned public relations professional, bringing more than a decade of experience to Reiss, where she currently leads the company's PR strategy. She has extensive expertise in corporate communications, executive thought leadership, crisis communications, media relations, and speaking, events and awards programs, with a focus on supporting some of the world's foremost commercial real estate and technology brands.


Prior to Reiss, Bristol held senior leadership positions at Inkhouse, an Orchestra company (the holding company founded out of BerlinRosen), and PAN, where she served as general manager of the company's New York office. Over the course of her career, she's developed and executed strategies for global, Fortune 500 companies, as well as high-growth startups and founders disrupting entire industries. With a knack for storytelling and a passion for driving meaningful results, Bristol is a hands-on and empathetic leader committed to bringing out the best in her teams and clients.


She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University where she graduated summa cum laude.

Roni Gross

Roni founded RJG Advisory in 2019.


Roni brings nearly two decades of financial and operational experience to Reiss Strategies as our Chief Operating Officer. He specializes in building highly functional marketing and communications businesses, and ensures our team is empowered to deliver top quality client services.


Previously, Roni was the CFO & COO of Bevel, a communications firm with explosive growth focused on fintech, VC and PE clients. Prior to that, Roni was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Hiltzik Strategies for 11 years, where he built and oversaw all operating and financial responsibilities.  Roni served in a similar capacity as CFO and Head of Operations for Freud Communications’ New York and Los Angeles offices, which he helped build from the ground up.


Earlier, he worked at Swiss Re in the Alternative Risk Finance group, and spent several years in the Investment Banking Division at JP Morgan Chase. Roni began his career as an actuary at AIG. Roni holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Queens College with a B.A. in Mathematics.

Mack Burke

Director, Content & PR Strategy

Mack Burke has joined Reiss Strategies to steer content and public relations strategy for the firm’s clients. He has spent more than a decade as a journalist, most of which has been dedicated to reporting on commercial real estate, finance and investment, including five years at Commercial Observer, a leading real estate media platform.


Mack’s expertise lies in his ability to translate dense and technical industry news and package it into award-winning narratives. He has an especially strong interest in the real estate finance world, having previously covered a wide array of topics, including fixed-income securities and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs), foreign capital debt and equity, monetary policy and the Federal Reserve, real estate lending and investment, and the emergence of single-family rental homes as a commercial asset class, among other topics in the realms of real estate, capital markets and the economy.


His work has appeared in Commercial Observer, The New York Daily News, Hospitality Investor and Hotel Management, among others.

Zach Grossman

Zach is a communications strategist with deep expertise in media relations, content development, and executive thought leadership. He takes a business-first approach to communications, recognizing that a well-crafted narrative can open doors and drive business growth. By working closely with his clients, which have included companies across the real estate, technology, and financial services industries, Zach helps elevate their profiles and secure meaningful visibility across a range of media and digital platforms. He specializes in crafting compelling messaging, developing media strategies that drive impactful coverage, and executing thought leadership programs that build credibility and influence.


Before joining Reiss, Zach was a Senior Associate at Hirsch Leatherwood, where he led PR and communications initiatives for tech startups and enterprise brands. He began his career at Rubenstein, supporting media relations efforts for real estate clients, including Tishman Speyer, as well as nonprofit and cultural institutions across New York City. Notably, he played a key role in promoting leasing deals, public arts initiatives, and seasonal activations at Rockefeller Center.

Sophia Craco

Sophia Craco is a public relations specialist who works closely with clients to execute impactful communications campaigns. She is highly skilled in media relations, social media management, and delivering insightful research to clients. Sophia amplifies brand recognition by securing meaningful media coverage across multiple platforms.


Sophia began her career as an Associate at ASC Advisors, where she worked on numerous public relations initiatives that elevated client visibility in the real estate, financial and legal sectors.


She graduated from Skidmore College with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business Management.
